We want every customer to enjoy a comfortable and worry-free shopping experience at Cwschj. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, we offer a 25-day free return and exchange service, giving you peace of mind.


Return and Exchange Conditions

To ensure fairness and product quality, returns and exchanges must meet the following conditions:

  • Returns or exchanges can be requested within 25 days of receipt.
  • The product must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, worn or washed pajamas are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • For returns not due to quality issues (e.g., incorrect size selection, change of personal preference, etc.), you will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs.


Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items

Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following situations:

  • Requests submitted after the 25-day return/exchange application period.
  • Items that have been used or washed for personal reasons (e.g., dislike after wearing, incorrect size, etc.).
  • Discounted items, gift cards, or customized items. 


Returns and Exchanges Process

Please submit your return/exchange request via our customer service email, specifying your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.

Customer service will reply within 1-2 business days, providing a return address and detailed instructions.

Please return the item within 25 days of confirmation and retain a valid tracking number for future reference.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will typically process the refund or exchange within 7 business days.


Refund Policy

Refunds will be credited to your original payment account. If your order used coupons or discount codes, the refund amount will be deducted accordingly.

Shipping costs (if applicable) are generally non-refundable; however, if the item has a quality issue, we will cover the return shipping costs.


Product Quality Issues

If the received item has a quality issue (such as damage, stains, broken zippers, workmanship defects, etc.), please contact customer service within 24 hours of signing for the package and provide clear photos.

After verification, we will provide you with a return/exchange or a full refund, and will cover the relevant shipping costs.
